Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Google Ad Specialist at TEKCHILLS Foundation. The Specialist will manage Google Ad campaigns, analyze performance data, optimize ads for maximum effectiveness, and deliver regular reports to the team.

Qualifications
- Google Ads campaign management and optimization skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting ad performance data
- Experience in creating and testing ad copy
- Knowledge of keyword research and targeting strategies
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising
- Passion for making a positive impact in marginalized communities
