Key Tasks

  • Identify and sell products to companies, institutions, groups and individuals.  
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients to ensure they remain compliant with their obligations towards their pensions.
  • Periodically check up with existing clients concerning new employees they have recruited to ensure that they complete individual enrollment forms and also port in funds for those that have their funds with other Corporate Trustees.
  • Introduce other products to existing clients periodically by way of upselling.
  • Revive dormant clients and ensure they remain active with their contributions.
  • Assist clients in preparing contribution schedules when needed and ensure that they always accompany their monthly payments with the right lists.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on their accounts when needed.
  • Relate with all departments/units to resolve clients’ requests and challenges.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Establish partnerships with strategic institutions to be able to market and sell products.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports.
  • Arrange meetings with regional officers to discuss targets, strategies and other matters that need attention.
  • Arrange market storm activities in markets, lorry stations, etc.
  • Perform periodic regional visits with respective regional officers to check up on clients in the regions and get their challenges resolved.
  • Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor.
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, customer relationship management.
