Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor at SIMBA GATE Security Ltd in Accra. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising security operations, ensuring physical security measures are in place, managing communication channels, overseeing customer service, and maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Operations Management, and Communication skills
- Experience in Physical Security and Customer Service
- Should be able to ride a motorbike
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergencies
- Professional certification in security management is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
