Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Grow Construction in Accra. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks on a daily basis. They will oversee and ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initial planning to handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Expeditor skills
- Experience in Inspection and Management
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
