Job Purpose
The Security Officer will ensure the security and safety of the company’s premises, employees, customers, and assets by monitoring activities, controlling access, and responding promptly to any security incidents.
The role reports to the Operations Manager
Areas of Responsibility include:
- Ensure the security of company assets, including vehicles, people, and equipment.
- Prevent incidents such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access to company property.
- Always maintain a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Verify the identity of all people entering or exiting the premises.
- Maintain a log of visitors, deliveries, and vehicle entries.
- Act swiftly in response to alarms, emergencies, security breaches, and during evacuation procedures in case of emergencies.
- Report all incidents to the appropriate supervisor or authorities and maintain detailed documentation.

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to identify and report suspicious activity.
- Must be between the ages of 18 to 35.
- Must be a Ghanaian by Nationality.
- Height: Male - 5.6ft and Female – 5.2ft.
