- Assist in the implementation of HSE policies and procedures across project sites
- Support in conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Participate in developing safety awareness and training programs
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Report and document incidents, near-misses, and other safety-related matters
- Collaborate with site teams to promote a culture of safety
Qualifications and Skills
- A recent graduate or final-year student in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or any related field
- Strong passion for health, safety, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Basic understanding of HSE regulations and practices (an advantage but not mandatory)
