This is a full-time on-site role as a Transportation Logistics Manager located in Tema. The role involves overseeing transportation operations, coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods, managing transportation costs, and optimizing transportation routes.

Qualifications
- Transportation Management and Organization Skills
- Planning and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Knowledge of regulations and safety standards in transportation
- Experience in handling and transportation of OOG and HAZMAT would be an added advantage
- Experience in the extractives and chemical handling & transportation would be a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Mechanical Engineering
