- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is a plus
- Must be a Master's Degree holder
