We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team as a Social Media/Receptionist. This dual-role position is perfect for someone creative, organized, and enjoys engaging with people both online and in person.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create and post engaging content, including property listings, client testimonials, and company updates.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly.
- Track social media performance and suggest strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Receptionist Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with an interest in marketing and real estate.
