A leading fertilizer company in Ghana is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of high-quality fertilizers and agrochemicals to farmers, agro-dealers and retailers.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a term.
Salary: GHS 2000
