Job Summary
A reputable company in Kumasi requires the services of a Cashier. The Cashier will manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash, bank transfers, momo or debit card.
- Issue receipts, refunds and change
- Ensure that Sales Attribution is done
- Redeem gift card vouchers
- Ensure that the discount for Gold 5 customers is applied to the approved products
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Processing sales transactions and taking payments
- Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts
- Ensure that all money from sales proceeds are banked the next day
- Ensure that petty cash is paid correctly and does not have shortages

Required Skills or Experience
- Relevant Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
