We are seeking a determined and strategic Business Development Executive to lead our company's growth and expansion efforts. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and industry partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Liaise with the program manager to develop sellable programs and modules.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business development experience in any industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals
  • Strong network and relationships in the education sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field;

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with educational technology and digital learning solutions
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and educational standards
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
