Job Purpose
Works autonomously and on complex installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)

Job Responsibilities
- Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)
- Handles customer comments, requests and complaints
- Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job
- Completes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT) and is accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue-generating documents
- Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to the Company's Service Management
- Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job
- Provides Project Support as required, and handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime
- Prepares and completes safety-related documentation. Pursues safe work practices.
- May mentor or instruct less experienced team members and/or customers in and out of the field
You are meant for this job if:
- High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service technician role
- Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; and structural steel
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Able to perform moderately complex calculations
- Ability to use and understand technical tools and instruments and perform basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures
