We, Knowledge Innovations are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ticket sales and securing attendance for our upcoming conferences and training. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in conference or service sales, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sell conference and training seats to potential attendees through various sales channels, including face to face phone, email, and online platforms.
- Identify and qualify leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into confirmed attendees.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of conference topics, schedules, and value propositions to effectively communicate with potential clients.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and individual attendees.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Accurately record sales activities and client information in CRM systems.
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in conference or service sales is required.
- Certifications: Professional certification in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
