What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow Scholar’s Backpack’s LinkedIn presence, creating and curating engaging, resourceful, and professional content.
  • Research and post information on scholarships, fee waivers, and professional development resources.
  • Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute creative campaigns aligned with our mission.
  • Design graphics and content using tools like Canva, ensuring posts are visually appealing and aligned with the SBP brand.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster a thriving online community.
  • Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve growth goals.
  • Potentially manage one additional social media platform in the future.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute successful social media strategies and grow engagement.
