Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Spa Supervisor in Accra. As a Spa Supervisor, you will oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, handle customer inquiries, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the spa or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of spa treatments, products, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Certification in Spa Management or a related field is a plus
