To manage the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. Respond to technical problems that may occur abruptly and require immediate resolution to ensure that service promise to customers are met and that business operations run smoothly. Recommend and implement digital solutions to improve business operations
Responsibilities
Support and Administration
- Responsible for the Support & administration of applications and services used for the production, management & delivery of lending, banking and support services.

Coordinate and review
- Coordinate business application platform-related enhancements and management across product lines.
Qualification / Knowledge
- Minimum First Degree in IT, Computer Sciences or Engineering.
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Strong technical skills and practical experience in database administration
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Practical experience in application testing, release, and deployment
- Practical experience in programming and digital automation
- Basic knowledge of network & system administration will be a plus.
- Practical experience in IT ServiceDesk ticketing System
Experience
- 3 years minimum relevant technical experience
