Neizer Prime Ltd., a consumer goods, personal care and services company located at Sowutuom – Accra seeks a dedicated and business focused member as a Finance officer (Accounts) to head the finance division of the team. Applicant must be a female between the ages of 22- 30 years old.
The Finance Officer will report to the Head of Operations/ CEO and will oversee all aspects of financial management, budget and accounts controlling. The Finance officer will lead budget preparation, monthly reconciliations and payroll and tax returns preparations. The candidate will oversee accounting and system functions alongside a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling the organization’s finances.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of the organization’s monthly bank reconciliations statements.
- Management of the organization’s debtors and creditors accounts.
- Ensuring preparation of payroll and tax returns.
- Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on a daily basis.
- Ensuring preparation of daily banking.
- Preparation of Budget
- Knowledge in accounting software.
- Must be computer literate.
- Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Other duties as needed
Required Skills or Experience
- A relevant degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a Finance/ Accounting role or its equivalent.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Can maintain strict confidentiality
- Attention to detail, analytical skills and good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to network within the industry
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
