We currently have opportunities for driven National Service personnel to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful projects, gaining hands-on experience in research, process development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration while contributing to a sustainable future.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design intuitive interfaces for farmer-facing apps (biochar/weathering training, carbon credit
- tracking);
- Create data visualizations that simplify soil carbon and GHG emissions for diverse audiences;
- Develop branding assets for climate tech products (biochar kits, ERW materials);
- Produce animated explainers and documentary-style content from field projects;
- Help maintain the company’s websites with climate-focused UX;
- Design AR/VR prototypes for immersive farmer education (e.g., virtual pyrolysis demos);
- Manage digital asset libraries for research teams (field photos, infographics);
- Automate data flows between IoT field sensors and our carbon accounting platforms;
- Provide IT support for remote teams working in low-bandwidth environments;
- Visualize 3D models of renewable energy systems for business proposals;
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and multilingual standards;
- Develop interactive PDF manuals for smallholder training programs;
- Maintain cybersecurity protocols for sensitive farmer data collection
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s/Master’sDegree in Graphics Design, Digital Media, or related interdisciplinary field;
- Portfolio showing strength in both technical IT and visual storytelling;
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + Figma/Sketch;
- Basic Python/JavaScript skills for data visualization (D3.js a plus);
- Understanding of climate tech or agricultural systems (preferred)
