Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Front Desk Management: Manage front desk operations, including receiving and directing visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Security: Ensure the security and confidentiality of client information and company data.
Required Skills or Experience
- Educational Background: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
