We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, working with customers to understand their technical requirements, and developing solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Sales Experience in the following industries ( mining. oil and gas. pharmaceutical, food and beverages, cement, refinery among others) is needed 

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution development.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide solutions, and build relationships.
  • Solution Development: Develop and propose solutions to meet customer technical requirements, including system design, configuration, and integration.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and technologies.
  • Sales Cycle Participation: Participate in the sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, and closure.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics on sales performance, customer engagement, and solution development.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of company products, services, and technologies, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Sales Experience in the following industries ( mining. oil and gas. pharmaceutical, food and beverages, cement, refinery among others) is needed
