The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for patients and visitors to our physiotherapy clinic. This role is responsible for managing patient flow, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Role Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and assist them through the registration process.
- Manage all phone calls and assist with general inquiries regarding clinic services and any other concerns.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments for physiotherapy sessions, ensuring the clinic’s calendar is organized and efficient.
- Maintain patient records and files in compliance with clinic’s policies.
- Process billing information, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Record all daily transactions and give a weekly report.
- Handle a range of administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and handle inventory management.
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk and waiting area as well as office equipment.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure they perform their tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in the social sciences)
- 1-2 years of working experience in customer service
Skills And Competencies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Good interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
