Join our team as a Financial Modeling Analyst, where you’ll use your skills to provide valuable financial insights. In this role, you'll construct and refine financial models, providing critical forecasts and scenarios that guide our financial strategies and investments. As the linchpin of our financial planning, you'll adeptly navigate complex financial data, leveraging your modelling skills and market knowledge to ensure accuracy and precision in our financial projections.
Working closely with finance teams, executives, and stakeholders, you'll develop financial models, perform scenario analyses, and present actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and optimize financial performance!
In This Role, You will:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future trends.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support key decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports and findings to senior management.
- Utilize financial modeling tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy of analysis.
- Research and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance function.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics to drive business growth.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on best practices in financial modeling and incorporate new techniques as applicable.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, regulators, and investors.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling processes and methodologies.

Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial modelling, analysis, or a similar role within the finance industry.
- Proficiency in financial modelling software such as Excel, Bloomberg, or other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and forecasting methods.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- FMVA, AFMA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
