The School seeks to appoint a Counselling and Teaching and Learning Assistant who will provide day-to-day administrative support to Teaching and Learning Coordinators and Secondary School counselors in their day-to-day work with students, families, and staff.

The School is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Network & Systems Administrator to manage and fine-tune in-house computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported school applications.
Required Skills or Experience
- Degree in any field.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Minimum of 4 years experience in an administrative role.
- Experience of working in a school setting (preferred).
- Responsible for updating records and input data on various school software platforms, such as IBIS, Toddle, Kognity, and InThinking, under the direction of the IBDP Teaching and Learning Coordinator.
- Responsible for all administrative duties in relation to IBDP examinations.
- Assisting the Educational Leadership Team with the necessary logistics during external accreditation visits.
- Maintaining up-to-date audits and curriculum maps as requested by the Office of Teaching and Learning.
- Managing the Counseling Office front desk to greet and organize visitors, take phone calls, and schedule appointments for the Counselors.
- Assisting with preparing support packages (transcript, secondary school report, counselor recommendation, LCS profile, etc.) to be sent to colleges and universities.
- Making schedule changes and adding classes in Toddle, as identified by counselors.
- Managing and preparing recommendation forms, letters, and grades for leaving students.
