Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Patrol Supervisor at OCTAVIAN GHANA in Tema. The Security Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing security staff, conducting patrols, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Operations Management, and Communication skills
- Experience in Physical Security and Customer Service
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Certifications in security management or related fields preferred
