Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! This fully remote, commission-based role offers flexibility with periodic in-person check-ins.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving platform growth by executing strategic sales initiatives and crafting creative marketing efforts. If you are a go-getter with a passion for connecting people with solutions and the drive to succeed in a performance-based environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development:

  • Identify and engage potential users, organizations, and businesses to use Presto Votes for their crowdfunding needs.
  • Drive onboarding of campaign creators, guiding them to launch successful initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote Presto Votes and increase user acquisition.
  • Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a liaison between Presto Votes and campaign creators, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on client needs and challenges to improve platform offerings.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and campaign outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize results.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, ideally within crowdfunding, tech, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships remotely.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Attributes:

  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Adaptable to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
