Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Wa. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with professionalism, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and utilizing clerical skills for efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- HND or first degree in Business Administration or related field
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
