Heritage Christian University College, a university located at Amasaman, Accra seeks the services of any of the following: Associate Professor
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and supervise students of undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Conduct advanced research and publish in reputable journals
- Participate in departmental administration and academic planning
- Provide mentorship to junior faculty and staff
- Lead academic programs and contribute to policy development
Qualification Required & Experience
- A PhD in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health or a related field
- A recognized professional nursing/midwifery license from a regulatory body
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of teaching and research experience in higher education.
- Evidence of substantial publications in peer-reviewed journals in the relevant field
- Experience in mentoring postgraduate students and supervising research projects
- Proven track record of academic leadership and participation in curriculum development
Salary: Very attractive and competitive
