We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Officer to support our legal team. The successful candidate will handle various legal tasks, including court processes, liaising with external institutions and managing company legal matters.
Job Description
- Filling out court processes in the court
- Filing of documents in the office of the Registrar of Companies
- Representing the company in court
- Making enquiries and conducting searches at courts, lands commission, office of the Registrar of Companies and other institutions
- Liaise with court bailiffs to serve judicial processes
- Type legal processes for filing in courts
- Ensuring that all processes are placed on appropriate court files
- Keeping records of court cases and dates
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
- A Diploma or HND or Degree in any discipline

- Must be computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Internet Usage)
- Sharp-minded person with excellent analytical and written skills
- Excellent analytical and written skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills

- Must have at least 1 year working experience in a similar role
