Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced and established planner to join the team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This role is responsible for managing the full end-to-end process of talent acquisition and identifying culture fit to ensure that the right candidates are placed. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also stay abreast of the latest talent developments, best practices and trends to implement leading-edge expertise for the business while leveraging and promoting the use of digital tools/resources.
In this role, you will report directly to the Talent and Learning Manager.
About you
- A minimum of 5 years experience in HR, preferably within Talent Acquisition
- HR-related diploma or degree is essential or extensive experience as a Talent acquisition specialist
- Proven track record of selection and recruitment using multiple digital sourcing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
