As a Software Development Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our team of developers as they build innovative solutions aligned with our business goals.
In this position, you’ll manage and mentor developers, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive process improvements to optimize team performance. This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical insight with people management, ensuring that each team member is empowered to grow and contribute to high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:
