As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, championing the team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will also play a role in managing engagements, providing exceptional high-level leadership to junior and less experienced team members, and playing roles on business and industry thought leadership projects.
Your role will involve one or more of the below responsibilities amongst others:
- Deal Origination and Business Development
- Financial Modeling & Business Valuation
- Buy-side and sell-side advisory services
- Corporate Finance Services
- Restructuring Services
Qualifications / Experience
- First-class Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BSc., BBA, BCom) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in at least one of the following: ICAG, ACCA, ICAEW or CFA
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management or related field from a reputable university will be an added advantage
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience gained at an investment bank or a professional services firm in M&A; Transaction services area or Valuation.
