Position: Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, nurturing and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Present product offerings to clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role, preferably in a furniture manufacturing company.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, passionate about sales.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
