Job Description
MSI Ghana has vacancies for passion driven, well-organised, client-oriented and energetic individuals with the below relevant qualification/s and experience in Accra. MSI Ghana’s goal is to meet the needs of the underserved and improve access to the use of Family Planning (FP) and other Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services. Required Skills or Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A 1st degree and Medical Lab Sciences from a recognized institution
- Certification from Allied Health Professional Council
- Minimum of 2 years practical work experience, preferably in a supervisory role with a laboratory department.
- Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, excel, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
- Sound knowledge of the laboratory Industry.
- People management and leadership skills
- Ability to work with manual and automated laboratory equipment
- Ability to undertake technical validation and reproducibility checks of laboratory instrumental analysis
- Ability to advise and counsel on specific procedures
- Ability to train staff on laboratory-related topics
