Response One Ghana Limited, a leading provider of fire and security solutions for homes and businesses in Ghana, is seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time Human Resources Officer to support our team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic HR professional to manage our human resources functions on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide support in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
- Administer benefits and payroll
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and database
- Provide HR advisory services to management

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Professional certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
