Happy Heart (Montessori) School (HHS) is a reputable Christian institution in Dome Pillar 2 complementing the government’s effort to provide excellent basic level education to preschoolers and young people. HHS invites applications from experienced, results-oriented and highly motivated individuals for the position of Career Tech Teacher, for appointment in their JHS department.
The Career Tech Teacher is also a Class Teacher. He/she is directly responsible to the Head Teacher and ultimately to the CEO.
Duties/Responsibilities
The Career Technology Teacher shall:
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of pupils and staff;
- Ensure improvement in teaching, learning and curriculum implementation;
- Ensure the achievement of excellent academic standards in assigned subject areas;
- Promote school discipline;

Required Skills or Experience
Candidates seeking appointment to this position must:
- Be a professional teacher with a degree or diploma in Education/ Career Tech
- Have taught Career Technology at JHS for a minimum of 2-3 years with a proven
- Track record of achieving excellent BECE results in the schools they taught
- Be computer literate, adept in Microsoft suite (particularly Word and EXCEL)
