Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for safeguarding the public, protecting property, and ensuring data security within the hotel and its environs.
• You are also responsible for monitoring live CCTV footage of all areas of the hotel including guest floors, public spaces, entrances and exits.
• You also identify and respond to security branches, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and emergencies.
• Maintain records of all incidents and observations including date, time, location and a description of the event, recording and storing of video footage.
• You ensure the CCTV system is functioning correctly, troubleshooting technical issues and reporting malfunctions.
