Our client is a Ghanaian-based fashion house headquartered in Accra. The company currently stands at the frontline of the fastest-growing African Industry while making major strides internationally. This company seeks a Social Media Content Creator to support its marketing initiatives. The content creator will be responsible for updating websites, social media, marketing materials, graphic design and other platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create captivating content for the organization's social media sites which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends that will be submitted to the management.
- Develop marketing and branding presence throughout all channels.
- Improve the Company's search engine optimization (SEO) presence as well as widen marketing reach.
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback comments and social media posts.
- Use SEO best practices to drive traffic to the Company's digital channels.
- Collaborate across teams to determine and solve campaign objectives.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics regularly and propose ways to improve client engagements.
- Promote company offerings to reach new audiences.
- Research market trends and developments relevant to the campaign subject matter.

Required Skills or Experience
- First Degree in Information Communication and Technology or equivalent
- In dept knowledge of content. management platforms such as WordPress.
- Outstanding copywriting, social media, or video production skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
- Ability to work effectively without oversight.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Significant experience creating high-quality digital marketing content.
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of graphic designing and tools such as photoshop.
- Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics.
- Comfortability with more than one language.
