Job Description
The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to various locations as directed by the company promptly.
Responsibilities
- Receive directives from the company and act accordingly.
- Deliver all assigned items and documents to designated persons or locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all traffic laws and safety regulations are followed in your course of duty.
- Communicate and understand instructions regarding delivery.
- Maintain assigned motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Fill out logbook regularly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures for delivery operations.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualification & Experience
- A valid motorcycle license.
- At least two (2) years’ experience as a dispatch rider with a company.
- Good at navigating with the use of GPS or Maps.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to plan trips in order of urgency.
- Attention to details.
- Honesty and Integrity.
