Job Description

The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to various locations as directed by the company promptly.

Responsibilities

• Receive directives from the company and act accordingly.
• Deliver all assigned items and documents to designated persons or locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all traffic laws and safety regulations are followed in your course of duty.
• Communicate and understand instructions regarding delivery.
• Maintain assigned motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Fill out logbook regularly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures for delivery operations.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification & Experience

• A valid motorcycle license.
• At least two (2) years’ experience as a dispatch rider with a company. 
• Good at navigating with the use of GPS or Maps.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to plan trips in order of urgency.
• Attention to details.
• Honesty and Integrity.
