Accra City Hotel, a renowned four-star hotel, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious dining outlets. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to optimize costs and minimize waste.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
