Activities
Insurance
- Co-ordinate input from internal parties and liaise with Insurance Brokers to obtain and maintain valid and adequate Insurance covers required for the Company’s businesses and service station operations.
- Act as liaison with Brokers and various departments/3rd parties to ensure effective handling of Insurance claims and prompt settlement of payments due.
- Arrange Travel Insurance and Ecowas Brown Card for Company Staff
- Liaise with Insurance brokers to keep the Company updated on trends in the insurance market to ensure the Company is fully compliant with legal requirements at all times.
Regulatory
- Processing of applicable Business Operating Permits/licenses/certificates from various regulatory authorities and assemblies.
- Maintain an updated database on all payments of Business operating permits/licenses and all other licenses to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
- Maintain an updated database of contacts of Regulatory Authorities
