Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Kindergarten Teachers who are eager to make a positive impact on young learners' lives. Ideal candidates will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a love for learning in a supportive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assess and track individual student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school administration to support student development and well-being.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Required Skills or Experience

• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational development.
• A willingness to learn and grow in the role through extensive on-the-job training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus 
• A degree in early childhood is a big plus
