Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Electrical Technician to effectively supervise consumables, spare parts and tools to achieve maximum use of plants and equipment.
Key Accountabilities
- To carry out installation of plant and equipment.
- To service and maintain plant and equipment to be efficient to be efficient or productive.
- To request consumables spare parts special tools from the spare part store.
- To ensure the comprehensive list of spare parts, consumables and tools are maintained to minimum stock level.
- To supervise and take lead roles in troubleshooting and possible remedial works if necessary.
- To ensure subordinates are well dressed and maintain discipline and ensure proper reporting lines.
- To service and maintain all plant and equipment
- To Complete all job request forms and file
- To assist in troubleshooting and resolving faults on plant and equipment.
- To liaise between the maintenance officer and the team of technicians.
- To perform any other activities that shall be assigned from time to time.
- Observance of factory code of conduct.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Min of Degree in Electrical engineering or related field
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Manufacturing/Pharma
