Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Accounting Software Management:
- Update and maintain all aspects of the software, including:
- Tracking total revenue from Cash Sales and Credit Sales invoices.
- Overseeing payments from credit customers and to creditors.
- Managing petty cash transactions and operational expenses.
- Conducting bank transactions and reconciliation.
- Managing inventory items (saleable and non-saleable).
- Recording various transactions like payroll, employee loans and advances, consultant fees, taxes, and maintaining registers for Plant, Property & Equipment (PPE).
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Provide daily updates to management to support decision-making processes.
