About The Role
We are searching for Orica’s next Manager – SHES (Africa North), to be based in Ghana, Accra. This pivotal role is instrumental in shaping the future of our workplace health and safety standards, major incident risk management, industry standard, environmental sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
As the SHES Manager, you will lead a dedicated and diverse team in maintaining Orica’s high standards in SHES (Safety, Health, Environment, and Security) practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our office and site based operations.
We are looking for someone who embodies excellence in SHES and is ready to inspire others by being a role model in this critical domain.

Your Qualifications
- Relevant Degree/ Diploma qualification in Safety, Health, Engineering or Science
- Qualification in environmental management would be well-regarded
- Certification with SHES regulatory and audit bodies.
