The Social Media and Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and marketing strategies that align with our goals and objectives. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of current social media trends, digital marketing tactics, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing brand awareness, engagement, and driving customer acquisition through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote software solutions and brand initiatives
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and content, making recommendations for improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and generate insights.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and social media trends
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media advertising and PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Video creation is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
