The Social Media and Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and marketing strategies that align with our goals and objectives. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of current social media trends, digital marketing tactics, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing brand awareness, engagement, and driving customer acquisition through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote software solutions and brand initiatives
  • Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and content, making recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and generate insights.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and social media trends
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media advertising and PPC campaigns is a plus.
  • Video creation is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
