Keed Digital is seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Accra. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying complex and high-risk computer programs. You will play a crucial role in shaping our application architecture, improving business solutions, and guiding our technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify high-complexity programs.
- Participate in application architecture functions, including estimating, defining timetables, costs, and project tasks.
- Recommend solutions to improve business with a focus on core architecture, technology strategies, and standards.
- Guide others through change impact analysis.
- Establish, refine, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed.
- Review, analyze, refine, and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed.
- Create and recommend improvements to the unit, test plans, and testing process based on organizational needs assessment.
- Collaborate closely with teams in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and testing.
- Design basic and detailed program specifications, ensuring expected application performance levels.
- Guide technical staff and business partners to investigate, review, and solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems.
- Monitor operating efficiency and organizational needs of existing application systems and identify opportunities to optimize applications.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business needs driving the projects.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing applications.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in .NET C# (Required).
- Advanced-level SQL skills (Required).
- Experience with React or VueJs.
- Experience building RESTful APIs from scratch (Required).
- Working knowledge of SSIS, Autosys, and cloud AWS platforms; experience with other cloud providers is a plus.
