The Marketing Executive is a team player to effectively creates strategy for Shalina brands to establish TOM (Top of the Mind) brand identity at the customer/consumer level in a profitable manner.
- Develop & Execute the Marketing Plan/strategy of the assigned brands. Create demand, position the brand as TOM with customers & Drive sales to achieve targets with effective & executable implementation of strategies.
- Customer & market surveys, polling demographics, designing research-based strategies determining demand for products, and analysing competitor activity. Forecasting potential brand scope, Analysing price and sales
- Customers connect & KOL development through CRM, CME & Conferences to establish brands and to receive marketing insights for existing brands and new launches. Anticipate trends.
- Regularly meet with the Head of the Department of the assigned territory to receive business insights. Brief the field representative on the strategy for effective implementation. Lead marketing team members through campaigns
- Fieldwork and cycle meet for assigned brands and territory. Measure and report the success of the campaign. Identify gaps and keep the brand updated. Analyse the actual vs. planned positioning of the brand. Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Logistics, Business Development, Medical, Sales & suppliers of print inputs/campaigns
- New product identification with justification through primary and secondary research & portfolio management. Create brand identity through logo, packaging, communication

Competencies (Knowledge, skills, and attributes):
- Brand Management/Product management/Medical Representative experience
- Pharmaceutical marketing and selling. Exposure to Rxn brands will be an added advantage
- Analytical /Market research skills
- Basic A/W & Print knowledge
- IT skills – MS Office
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or any related field.
