IT Manager - Sizanid HR Ghana

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  
• Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
  
• Manage IT staff, including performance appraisals, training, and development.
  
• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet project requirements.
  
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  
• Identify and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and productivity.
  
• Manage IT budget and resources effectively.
  
• Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
  
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
  
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
  
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
  
• Excellent project management skills.
  
• Experience in managing and leading an IT team.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Working knowledge of IT trends and technologies relevant to Ghana.
• Masters degree preferred
