Job Description
- Location: Various Locations Across Ghana
- Duration: Temporary (Project-based)
CDD-Ghana is a leading think tank dedicated to promoting and deepening democratic consolidation, good governance, and inclusive growth and development in Ghana and Africa.
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Enumerators to collect data for our upcoming research projects. Enumerators will conduct face-to-face interviews, administer surveys, and ensure accurate and reliable data collection.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires.
- Accurately record responses using electronic data collection tools.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Report daily progress to field supervisors.
- Adhere to ethical standards and project protocols.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Prior experience in data collection or fieldwork is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Proficiency in local languages and dialects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability to travel and work flexible hours
